      Avantages

      Everyone pulls their weight; there are no slackers. They genuinely care about the projects, the clients and each other. Management is open to suggestions and perpetual improvement. An overall great attitude fosters an excellent working environment.

      Inconvénients

      Hiring practices are a bit arduous but ensure a great fit. A small company like this can't afford to waste time with someone who might or might not work out. They like to be as sure as possible. Being a small company they are somewhat at the whim of their clients and the current fiscal environment having to quickly shrink or grow their staff as business needs change.

      Coworkers are amazing to work with.

      Inconvénients

      This company is emotionally driven and is a very toxic work environment . Long nights and weekends after you worked 8-5 will be your work schedule and you will report directly to the CEO who will reach out to you at all times of the night. If you set boundaries then you will be taken off every project and bullied until you quit because the employer doesn’t want to pay unemployment. There is no HR or any upper management to ask questions. The company gives the illusion of a big corporate company but it’s is a group of about seven people doing the workload of twenty. PTO is made up and whatever the CEO decides and you will never see it when you separate from the company so use it while you can. Who ever you are, be careful and make sure it is the culture for you!
