      Avantages

      Working at Prisma is a great learning experience and opportunity to take on a lot of new challenges. The product evolves rapidly and is used by devs and companies across different industries. Overall Company Pros: - interesting and useful product - friendly coworkers - transparent processes - savvy and kind company founders - fun team-building activities

      Inconvénients

      Prisma is a startup and anyone joining should be aware of what that entails: - The company is growing and things/decisions can evolve or change rapidly. - Some processes are still being set up (although for a company of its size, Prisma is very mature). - Occasional long hours.

      Avantages

      Some of the most talented engineers are working there, Soren the CEO is a true genius

      Inconvénients

      Some wrong decisions were made at some point of time that totally ruined the culture in the company, brought in high ego leaders that could start a tantrum when they did not like the estimates. It was barely impossible to thrive and do your best since priorities were wage and changing all the time. Luck of constant feedback, egocentric decision make with 1 decision that has to be respected and executed.
