Avantages
Most of the good reasons to work there have been removed from what I am told. All that is left is the coworkers who were all pretty okay.
Inconvénients
Drastic decrease in compassion for the people doing the job. Once there was snacks but they've been long gone. Drastic increase of how much an individual should do per day which no new tools being added. All equipment is purchased used and needs repaired before they even can be used in shop. When something breaks it is often a shrug and "we'll play around with it" from admin until it's "fixed" for about a day. You're in the heat. 90 degrees inside because there is only fans to keep you cool and little air flow through most of the warehouse. Black out periods where you can't take off and if you have an emergency you must make up the hours. Some bereavement requests get denied regardless. No pto unless you've worked 1 full year. Everyone has either been there for a while or they come and go within a month or two. Department heads can't do anything to better their department if it costs basically any money. So many people have either been fired for no reason given or have quit. Basically no one has gotten replaced. Start of production used to have 12 people and was struggling with the work load and now it has about 7 doing all of it. You will not get a raise no matter how much you learn. You can be proficient in all areas of production and all departments but you will be denied a raise. Boss hovers over workers when he's around yet doesn't seem to grasp how the process works. Departments are treated very differently by admin resulting in some bad clashing between them. Certain "rules" are more enforced depending on what department you're put in and new ones might even get added. Pay discrepancy with the current budget outlook being the excuse for it not being addressed
