Avantages
Prime Controls is the most employee focused company I have ever seen. This is a family run company that treats you like family the entire time. Family management is flexible and willing to work within the team to resolve issues. Issues get resolved quickly and sometimes overlooked due to tenure.
Inconvénients
This is a family run company, that being said most of the management are either family or long time family friends. That means little room up top and the company is in a strong growth / transition phase. Almost all of the management have never worked for a larger more organized company in a management role and the one that did left. There is a sense of "Home Grown" processes and procedures that could use a major overhaul and the growing pains are noticeable.
