Avantages
The first year was good. The principal needed high school experience/training and was reaching out for it. The staff was close and the atmosphere was relatively positive. The job is remote so can live in a different place and travel while working here.
Inconvénients
The principal who started here is a horrible principal, treats everyone like they are five years old and talks to them that way as well. The high school principal who joined on doesn't know how to run a high school and follows everything the elementary principal tells her to do. Neither of them knows how to run a virtual school. The drama and lies are horrible, especially the Dean of Special Education who puts fear in everyone and acts like she is your sergeant. She tells lies to get her way, puts everyone down and always sees the negative in others. She always needs to be the center of attention and sucks the life out of everyone. Staff, Teacher and Student turnover is horrible and constant. Low pay, low morale, joke of a place to work. They don't care about students, just filling the seats to make the money and they don't care about staff. Lessons are scripted and if you are creative at all you get written up or have an action plan for the next year. LGBTQ+ biased!
