Avantages
Salary part is good I work in client location so there is nothing much to say about my PRECISION managers, leaves and all depend on client and they're are quite good in this regard. Fixed 9 hours shift, No OT or Weekend work pressure, depends on me if I want to work on weekends, no pressure from client and company. Job role is as per my skills, so nothing much to worry about deliverables.
Inconvénients
Leave policy, since you can't take more than 3 consecutive paid leaves, even if you've balance.
