      Avantages

      Flexible with hours. Possibility for overtime when oil industry picks up. Paid time off and paid holidays. Good company overall

      Inconvénients

      It is a smaller company so not much room for promotion. No health insurance, 401k, or any other benefits. Industry has slowed down.

      Avantages

      Always had work to do, Learned a lot about general contracting specialties, Talked to many people throughout the work day.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes work slowed down meaning work that needed to be done got repetitive, Powders we worked with were very dirty and hard to clean off of clothes.

      New concepts and ideas are introduced frequently.

      Inconvénients

      The execution of new technologies and concepts are not thought out when introduced to production as well as safety concerns. Lack of understanding and communications between chief officers and technical staff.
