Two leaders from this department interviewed me, and they made me feel like this was what I was born to do. Since I started, that has stayed the same! Flexibility in your work schedule. Can work anywhere within reason. The people are super understanding and have open communication. All federal holidays off + off half day before. Almost 2 weeks off at Christmas time to be with family. Generous PTO and sick time.

Bonuses are paid out quarterly. Maternity leave is like 2-3 weeks.
