      Excellent pay and decent benefits. Minimal hand holding, meetings, monthly feedback.

      Inconvénients

      Small company means lots of yearly changes in benefits, communication practices and systems for time cards, etc.

      Avantages

      Will place you in a good position in your area, if a position is available. Not a lot of interference from the head office. Check in with you in the remote location on a regular basis. Very fun zoom holiday party.
