Avantages
Several factors led to my employment with PlotBox. The first being, I started as a customer of theirs. To see the level of dedication and passion from the customer-side, was reassuring to me that this company was destined to do great things. Second of all, the care for their employees and flexibility resonated with me. The culture here is one of positivity, inclusion and work hard/play hard mentality. Third, from top to bottom, each and every employee from C-suite down to interns is fully invested in the work we do. Lastly, my higher-ups are concerned with my personal development as well as the goals I have for my career. I am being nurtured into roles that can benefit me in the short and long-term.
Inconvénients
Working remote can prove challenging at times and there can be cultural differences that require extra communication. That being said, any miscommunications are unintentional and resolved swiftly. Not to mention, I can reach any employee at anytime to answer any questions I may have or prospects might have that I am not equipped to answer.
