      Avantages

      This company has by far been the best company to work for. I absolutely love the people I work with form the pharmacy team to the customer service employees. They all care! and are dedicated to giving 100% effort to our facilities and the residents,

      I wish we could service all the long term care facilities in the world!

      Avantages

      + Relatively passable starting pay for the position + Decent benefits (at time of writing -- 08/14/2025) + Break room is spacious, well-equipped, and reasonably clean

      Inconvénients

      - Tedious work -- feels more like a factory job than healthcare - Weekend work is required for all(?) employees - *Maximum* starting pay for a PhT is the extrapolated minimum hourly rate for sustainable living in the current economy - Management seems to be regularly in flux - High, constant throughput -- expect little to no downtime
