      Avantages

      The company is small, so you get to know everyone very well. Company offsites are excellent for this. The company understands remote working culture very well, and does their best to facilitate a good working situation for all employees. I receive a monthly remote working budget that can be accumulated and spent on useful equipment (I just bought an amazing chair, for example), and the company is very accepting of working from another country (still within EU timezones). Company is growing exceptionally fast, and is profitable, so does not need external investors.

      Inconvénients

      Remote working isn't for everyone. Sometimes I feel I would like an office where people attend regularly.

      Inconvénients

      No major drawbacks. That said, remote work requires discipline and strong self-organization. For those who rely on in-person interaction to stay motivated, this company might be less suitable.
