Avantages

Fantastic Australian Team Nice Office

Inconvénients

Lack of Adequate Onboarding and Training Emphasis on Profits, not People High & Sudden Turnover rate This company does not practice the very ethos that they expect their account executives to sell to other companies, the idea that employee wellness and benefits can be given in an easy to use and accessed way. The app and website is troublesome and encounters a lot of issues, resulting in high point contact with easily fixable issues that have yet to be addressed. There was a fundamental lack of interest in ensuring that employees are trained and looked after from the UK side of the business, as the other employees who are accross the pond do not have the same consideration as the ones who are seemingly right in front of them instead. This company also prioritizes profitability over employee well-being. Proceed with caution if considering employment here.

Thank you for your feedback. We will look into your concerns about training for our Australia team to ensure everyone is getting the support they need. While some may feel that a focus on profitability is not palatable, a business that is not profitable will fail and a business that is not succeeding will not have a great culture so it is vital that we do focus on doing well while looking after our employees.

Avantages

The perks and benefits are OK and the pay is on the higher side of what's expected for the role.

Inconvénients

Ever since the merger of Perkbox with a number of other companies the management don't listen to concerns raised about tech debt, always pushing for the next new feature to release without thinking about giving support for the existing features. The culture feels like it's changed from "what's best for the customer" to "how much profit can we make for our shareholders" by throwing out as many new features as possible without thinking how this will impact the stability of the existing codebase.
