Incredible product. Clientele are educated and sophisticated. Dealership has the best amenities of any dealership in the region.
Inconvénients
Literally zero person-to-person training program (just watch videos and take multiple choice answer tests). Management has no management skills whatsoever (management by threat, not by incentives). Commission percentages have been radically reduced to near minimum wage level for sales people and for service writers. For techs, the pay plan is nearly impossible to make a decent wage like they used to. Sales consultants hours -- forget about seeing your family in the evenings and on weekends.
