      Avantages

      Things have changed in the last three years tremendously. The old "boys club" managers are gone and people serious about their industry have stepped in.

      Inconvénients

      No money for decent raises or to entice good help.

      Since they don't pay well they'll take less experience than the role requires

      Inconvénients

      Small company so experience varies widely based on your manager. If you're under an insecure one, which most are because senior management can be abusive to staff, it's not an enjoyable or productive environment. Rules are many and colleagues can be catty. Mostly behind your back if you're lucky. All of this is tolerated by senior management. Unproductive, incompetent people are left in place. I would recommend as a jump start if you're fresh out of school only.
