Avantages
Working at this company has breathed life into me again after a bad past job, and reminded me how amazing it is to work with passionate people. Deeply dedicated, mission oriented, and people-focused are the words that continue to come to mind about my time here so far.
I work in a cross functional role, and everyone I've collaborated with is nothing short of fantastic. You can count on working really hard if you’re here, but also having a lot of fun, and having your wins celebrated. Managers care deeply about their team’s success, everyone is willing to learn and try new things, and while you’re empowered to take your work as far as you can independently, there's always someone who’s willing to lend a helping hand.
Compensation is good for the work you do, benefits are amazing (especially PTO packages - and everyone genuinely encourages you to take your time off), and the hybrid office/WFH model is great. Those who are fully remote can count on traveling a fair amount depending on the role, so you have no shortage of in-person time if that’s something you crave.
There's lots of change in the pipeline, and seeing a continued investment in people, process, and innovation makes you want to lay foundations for a career here.
Inconvénients
Projects often move really quickly, which isn't everyone's style. The business is going through a rather large change management phase (teams shifting, old systems being updated, processes evolving at a large scale), which can feel hard to keep up with, but it’s clear it’s to set a strong foundation for the future - so it’s worth it.
