The salary and commissions are comparable to other companies in the industry and better than other inside sales jobs in the area. The office was upgraded and the workspace is ample and has all the tools needed to make effective sales calls (computer, phone, CRM system). The benefits (health, vacation, and retirement) are available after 90 days of employment.

Public transportation is not convenient. Having your own transportation to get to the office is desirable. You should consider bringing your lunch (there is a refrigerator & microwave) since restaurants are not very convenient.

Office was always a nice warm temperature and comfortable working space.

Management is clueless, low pay, no 401k, nepotistic. I worked in sales and we grew the company 5 million dollars in 1 years time. Management didn't reward their employees, they kept it for themselves.
