      1. You can learn many things as it is the head quarters. 2. You will be doing main job which you should be doing, unlike many MNC where you do not get quality work.

      Inconvénients

      1. You get salary in percentages. 2. Very late in paying salary. 3. All appreciations will not turn in appraisals. If you are looking for money you can not stay here for long.

      Good Exposure , more work so more learning in starting of career. Opportunity to take responsibility. Good Reputation in India

      Inconvénients

      Oil and gas is good but if you get into nuclear design..less opportunities

      Avantages

      work wise good. we can enjoy very much.salaries are also good. management is excellent. projets are good.

      Inconvénients

      but don't know all of sudden with any prior information they will decrement the salaries and will simply says that your performance is low apartment that company is good
