Avantages
With a lot of moving parts in the company, there is always something exciting happening. There is a 'big picture' vision that drives decisions. There are a lot of fun events for employees and community engagement. Leadership does a great job of attracting high profile, enterprise customers that bring a lot of opportunity for growth.
Inconvénients
There are many complicated business goals that aren't always in alignment with the team, the products, or customers. With so many projects happening in parallel and not a lot of structure around project management, there are a lot of meetings, but poor communication. The work environment is not always the most productive or inspiring. For being a small company, it's grown beyond 'startup culture' in terms of red tape and policies that don't foster a culture of moving fast and getting things done.
