The safety of our employees comes first and we are sorry that you didn’t feel comfortable to share your fear regarding the sanitary situation with your manager at the time.
We were super flexible on that subject during the lockdown, according to the fears of each. We have respected each other's personal feelings.We even allowed people traveling back to their home countries and working from there. We have been controlled by the administration who confirmed that we were matching all requirements.
The members of our teams are close-knit and work closely together in a friendly atmosphere. We are surprised by your feedback on any animosity and we would be interested in knowing more, if you would accept to explain the situation to us by email. As a precaution, we will discuss this point with the managers to prevent this kind of experience from happening in the future.
