      Inconvénients

      Job insecurity is the only con here. Recently two of my colleagues get sacked. The layoff is happening a lot in Bangladesh and also in other countries and without proper transparency and information, it’s frightening and alarming. We just get a prior call and there we get a list of people terminated and no one cares to tell the exact reasoning.

These moments are never easy, but we approach them with great care, empathy, and respect for those impacted. It's important to note that less than 2% of our workforce was affected, and we remain committed to supporting them through this transition.
