Inconvénients
Although the company has been in the market for many years and has grown significantly in size, it still operates with a lack of structure and organization often seen in early-stage startups. There's little consistency between different teams and offices, no clear career development paths, and onboarding is poorly managed. While officially headquartered in Norway, most strategic decisions are made from China, where leadership holds substantial influence. Some departments—especially on the business side—suffer from toxic management, and despite HR and executive awareness, these issues remain unresolved.
