- terrible culture disguised as "fast paced and overachieving"
- the women executives (anyone who works at Booking Holdings will know who exactly who I'm talking about) have the tendency to pitch staff against each other, in hopes to build a competitive spirit and squeeze as much work out of these workers as possible.
- horrible leadership, debby soo and amy wei are famous for playing favourites in any team, company and even country they're in.
- major pro-Asian only, anti-everyone else sentiment amongst upper management behind closed doors. Diversity works both ways.
- they are very good at managing up and covering themselves, they do not care about anyone working under them.
- staff is there to make upper management look good, not necessarily for the good of Open Table as a company in itself.
- if you're hardworking and love working long hours and weekends, then this place is for you
