      Hourly employees are good people.

      Inconvénients

      If you can imagine something bad at the workplace, it is going on here. Save yourself the grief and look elsewhere... I had been a some time since I worked there and the bad taste still hasn’t left my mouth. The owner makes this a bad place to work. He is completely at fault and cannot see it.

      I’ve really enjoyed working here. The environment is supportive, collaborative, and team-oriented. People are willing to jump in and help each other, and there’s a strong sense that everyone is working toward the same goals. Our CEO does a great job setting the tone. He’s approachable, transparent, and clear about the direction of the company. You can tell he genuinely cares about the team and wants the business to succeed for everyone. That kind of leadership makes a big difference day to day.

      Things move quickly, so you need to be adaptable.
