      Very smart and talented coworkers, loved the mission, good compensation and benefits, remote first, had a decent manager

      If you receive an offer from this company, will it mean anything next quarter, next week, or tomorrow? I started in August and was laid off in December. The shortest tenure appears to be about 36 hours as they were hiring all the way to the end.

      Inconvénients

      Executive management is terrible. Zero accountability. Avoid at all costs. You will be given zero authority but made to own the fallout of executives' bad decisions. Seriously, avoid this company and Care Access if you value your sanity. Benefits are also a race to the bottom. They keep stripping them away because "we found we were above industry standard". Because who wants to do more than the minimum, am I right?
