Being a small company there is a huge opportunity for growth with regular exposure to an executive team that never hesitates to invest into those willing to listen and learn.

Competitive pay but not the top of the industry. Small, growing company which is both a pro and a con.

Ok Pay. Most employees are enjoyable to work with. It started off as a great concept and a great place to work. It went down hill each year after. Never seemed to be able to fully get off the ground.

No clear direction. Always seems like management is just chasing the next shinny thing. Claim they want to help progress people, but it's only if that person is a sheep and doesn't think for themself. Overall culture is negative. They smile to your face but actions portray the complete opposite.
