This is hands down the worst work experience I've ever had. This company is a revolving door of employees that leave within the first 2 weeks or first couple of months to follow. They have a serious retention problem for a reason! Upper management and the sales managers have little to no processes in place and do not support staff. Clients think they are a scam and its shown directly in the small amount of business and deals they do. This company has no idea what they are doing when it comes to sales processes or handling employees. Pay not as advertised.

If you enjoy eating at your desk, talk when other people are talking - a guy to the left and to the right side of you talking to their customers - and you love cold calling - this environment could be for you

Worthless title - Automotive Manager is really a cold caller. Absolutely no salary - 100% commission. No proper working environment, no lunch room, no parking. They will encourage you to walk out of the company and use your own phone to talk to the customers. They will also encourage you to come to work at 6am and leave at 10pm.
