Gained hands-on, real-world experience and insight into nonprofit and corporate environments, including using HRIS systems like Dayforce and pre-hire/onboarding tools such as Sterling.

Excellent benefits package, acceptable pay for position in Portland area, and strong products and services to refer to consumers. Highly recommend to folks looking to start in the banking industry. It's not all glitz and glamour, but it is a strong foundational starting point if you're looking to pursue a career in Retail Banking/Finance Industry. OnPoint is such a strong financial institution in terms of net revenue for corresponding credit unions in the area so there is no fear of the institution to fail anytime soon.
