The company recently hired a "strategic business attorney" as rumor spreads around to attempt and get the company in a good enough spot to be sold. I'd stay far away from this place, and if you happen to roll the dice because you have been out of work, be prepared for weekly demo and meeting about your work, micromanagement is in full swing.
