      Avantages

      Objectivity provides its employees with the opportunity to do quality work in a friendly, collaborative culture. The people are smart, self-motivated, and highly knowledgeable about database technology. Objectivity's technical leads are adapting the proven core technology to meet current market expectations. The work is always challenging and interesting. CEO Jay Jarrell sets a great businesslike yet friendly tone -- we get a lot done and we have fun doing it. He makes employees feel valued by recognizing contributions at company-wide meetings and by maintaining a generous compensation and benefits policy.

      Inconvénients

      Wish we were bigger!! Although it makes good business sense to avoid overhiring and burning our reserves, we could sure get a lot more done with more engineers!

      Avantages

      The great thing about working here is that you can really see and feel the impact of your work and contributions, and those are recognized by the company and management. I have definitely felt appreciated working here. Everyone has their own responsibilities, but we also work as a close team to accomplish goals. New ideas are always welcomed for discussion. Many people have been with the company for several years, so that strengthens the team while bringing in new people has provided new energy and ideas as well. Also, another positive is that the current executive team have all worked their way up in the company to the positions they hold now. There is a lot of passion and pride among the employees that work here whether they have been here for many years or only a short time. It's a great team!

      Inconvénients

      Some employees might benefit with more company-wide updates and communication across all the departments.
