      Avantages

      The people who work at OSI really are great at supporting each other and the company successful. And while the core team as been together for years, as a new person I have found it great in how welcoming the team and given me significant responsibility.

      The challenges of migrating the legacy code base to a new architecture.

      Avantages

      This is a fast paced work environment with great teamwork and support. Management encourages the team to be the best at what they do and to strive to improve daily for mutual growth and success.

      Inconvénients

      Other than the daily commute, I don't have much in the way of "cons" to report. The winter months are a much more difficult commute for me and I would sometimes arrive to work stressed from the drive. not a good way to start the day.
