      Avantages

      This company finds a way to deliver for their customers. No matter the challenge, unexpected glitch, complexity of technology and environment, etc. it can still be taken for granted that the project will be delivered.

      Inconvénients

      That type of intensity can be draining over time.

      Thank you for your review. I agree we are a little intense. Our employees are passionate about their chosen profession and it shows. And as you stated it can be draining. We are always trying to find the middle ground between having an intense focus on our customers and having a good work-life balance. Not their yet, but we will try harder!

      Avantages

      Friendly employees and colleagues. Made lot of good friends with colleagues.

      Inconvénients

      No growth in career. You will be stuck with the same kind of pay, benefits when you started. Mostly work is consulting basis. So, you will be on bench doing inside projects which aren't fun when there are no active projects. There is no good marketing team which gets new clients/projects to work with. The vacation time, pay and 401K they offer are a joke.

      Thank you for your review. We value your opinion and take your review seriously. Given your comments, you haven't been at ObjectWave for quite some time. We are going through a transformation and as a result many things have changed. Many things that you mention in your review no longer exist. What I can say is that ObjectWave has moved in a very different direction and has many opportunities for the right people. We are growing rapidly and moving in a very positive direction.
