You get crazy exposure even if you're young. There is no bias due to your age or experience and there's just too much opportunity here.
Inconvénients
Honestly some ppl would complain saying there's a lot of pressure but remember that pressure is a privilege and you need to be in an environment that pushes you to give your best.
