Avantages
People are generally nice commiserating together. The company culture is a strict 8-5 so being able to pursue other interests are possible. If you want to cruise through life with no advancement or raise or anything else then it the right place to be. That can be a positive for some.
Inconvénients
Where careers go to die. Management is just cruising with no drive. Most everyone there is the '2nd' income for their household so ambition is non existent. Just there to collect a paycheck even the management as well. That's great for some but if you pursue your career using talent I suggest you pass. Everyone else has been there too long and are just afraid to leave. If your in the P-O-P industry then you know all about it. OSI is owned by a venture capital Real Estate company. How does that make sense? They have the money to buy other companies and that's the only measurable business they have to speak of.
