Can't really think of any except I don't work there anymore.
Inconvénients
I can't believe I stayed there as long as I did. Training is horrible unless your in sales. All they want to do is see how many companies they can acquire but don't hire more staff to handle the workload, won't approve overtime then gripe and blame you for not getting to something quick enough. "Rules" apply differently to everyone, depends on who you are. The culture is toxic and depressing. No appreciation is ever shown unless you're sales. All they talk about in company meetings is how wonderful the Managed IT Department is but the department is a joke. They can't even keep their employees up and running much less customers. The overseas employees have more job security than the ones in the states. Could keep going on but don't have time to waste any more time or energy on something that doesn't matter to them.
