      Avantages

      Good opportunities to learn new work methodologies, they also let you try your way.

      Inconvénients

      A lot of stress and a lot of work, if you do something wrong they would yell at you, they have two presidents and they are like pulling in different directions, one of them probably not even care that role.

      Avantages

      NGC is very nimble and always looking to stay ahead of the competition. Most of the employees have been there for over 10 years, so it is very much a family atmosphere. NGC is constantly coming up with ideas regarding new products and how to market them. Management has a good understanding of the industry.

      Inconvénients

      There is a lot of pressure to meet customer requirements and keep them satisfied. NGC management has little patience for errors and oversights and sometimes makes commitments that are difficult to achieve without superhuman effort.

      Avantages

      Very progressive and dedicated to achieving client goals.

      Inconvénients

      Had to travel to some of the client locations which was challenging if I haad not been there before.
