Inconvénients
Quality of development work is really poor, exposure to new tech is very less. It is also hard to get onboarded in the team. The first product training that every new joinee gets is really a big waste of time and no product documentation, no structured onboarding plan/kt session and you have to put a lot of extra, easily avoidable, effort to learn the ropes. And that is the general, strong opionion of every new joinee I have met. If you are from NIT, you might regret joining the company. I was suggested by senior college alumni who are working here, and other senior team members to change company if I can, really kills the motivation. Lot of people resigned before completing the year from previous batch and it will probably keep happening. Increment/bonuses not discussed, no structure to appraisal process. Also employees are being asked to post good reviews here so keep in mind.
