Avantages
No pros. Well, maybe the office in towncenter.
Inconvénients
1. Slavery, pure slavery for those people, who are not a friend of management. 2. Leads and top managers are the group of people, who have no experience in management or leading at all. Total bad style or 90s style of management. We pay you bonuses or increase salary only if we like you. We like you only if you agree with us in everything. If you have your own opinion or you criticize, you are not with us. If you are not with us, then you will work as a slave, you will be accused in every tiny mistake and we will figure out how to make your working life terrible. 3. No working process in product delivery. No QA process. No methodologies. Enternal hot-fixing and merging to prod. 4. They hire people, promising huge salary, best conditions, possibility for personal growth and big bonuses blah blah blah. Nothing of what was promised is true. All promises are total lie. Also they pay part of the salary in envelopes and sometimes inform about it only after your probation period is over. Not at the interview. 5. They bring babies and infants to the office. Like usually. There were many inquiries and complaints about that the noise is disturbing and it's not a working atmosphere. But no changes and the reply is "it's your own problem". Well, everything is your own problem, in fact. There is no company problems in this company. 6. They hire specialists but want them work as students. It means, you give critics of the process, no proposals, your are not a person, you are a working item, a resource. How do you feel, what you think - they are not interested in that. 7. Overtimes. Half a year of overtimes, which were not paid. "It's your own choice, we don't pay for your enthusiasm". It means, that if you are motivated to do your job well, it's your own wish, company is not interested in motivated and thinking specialists. 8. "We give you good references only if you don't spread negative feedbacks". Well, in their world good feedbacks are not about your work, but about how grateful and excited you are about their little paradise for white sirs.
