      Inconvénients

      Management expects you to work over 40 hours/week. Every RAVE winner is awarded to employees who worked long hours, dealt with customers outside EST, etc. Work life balance is not inline with pay Office space is cramped. No member of senior management has any external leadership experience. This has led to some interesting office dynamics.

      Avantages

      Great place to learn and grow. Owners are great guys and care about you. Employees are appreciated and acknowledged for their efforts.

      Inconvénients

      Not many, possible commuting issues if you care depending on where you end up working.

      - Hybrid schedule - Engineers are competent

      Inconvénients

      - Expect to work more than 40-hours a week to be seen as hard-working through their "RAVE" award - Management could be better... seems out of touch with engineers. - Career growth is very slow, and pay raise only to match inflation rate..
