It's great to start your career here for a few years because their training is good, the company is stable, initial pay is good, and the brand is well-known in Austin. Therefore, most of the investment goes into the engineering organization while the marketing department isn't treated as well. They are expected to consistently outperform their goals while their budget consistently shrinks.
