      Avantages

      Fellow employees can be great to work with. The founding concept is very interesting, so has a lot of appeal to large clients.

      Inconvénients

      Low pay, but that's a common problem in Montreal. Delivery times can be slowed by an unwieldy internal approvals process. This can occasionally become an issue for all employees with direct client contact.

      Very good culture with accessible management. Not enough client variety
