      Avantages

      Plenty of managements & staffs for everythings, all under regulated & clear policy, big team means big impacts, change role/ division was possible.

      Inconvénients

      Slow in salaray increase, to many people & structures as consideration to ask for adjustment (versus average salary of the team), not aggresive enough for innovation/ new businesses/ new opportunities, Sales is the king (to much dependency)

      It takes time to be promoted. I think they also respect our loyalty to the company in considering the promotion, which is fair enough.
