Nothing to speak much about pros. There is no manager in India office to monitor the employees
Inconvénients
Very bad work culture which lacks planning. Very old infrastructure, cannot even buy proper licensed software and completely runs on free and open source software's. Don't fall in a trap, they say u will work in R&D team. The reality is, they call their development team as R&D. There is no R&D as what everyone thinks. Also they ask do you have passport or willing to come to USA just to tempt you and make you join the company as their joining rate is very less. After joining they will never process VISA until they see a sign of employee leaving the company. Total development team size is less than 10. Very bad management politics and no designation structure too. There is zero growth and very rare to learn. Salary paid on 7th of every month. Pay slip will be provided after two months. March pay slip will come in May. Form 16 delays and appraisal happens in delay. They say that April month is appraisal but they do it in August or later.
