      Great work environment friendly people, not toxic

      Inconvénients

      HR not very supportive, not many benefits if you’re not a direct hire (majority of people are seconded so lack of benefits), no bonus, no annual increments, it’s a fight to get a promotion in this company

      Because Modon focuses on high-quality communities and strategic locations, prices for villas, townhouses, and apartments can be on the higher side relative to some competitors — which can be a barrier for value-buyers.
