      Avantages

      The team is small and friendly, and lacks the many cultural pitfalls you will find in a larger company. Management is always accessible, even interns are treated with respect and appreciation.

      Inconvénients

      There are times when everyone is overly busy, and times where there's little to do. Working at such a small startup means you have to wear many different hats, which can be a good or a bad thing depending on how you look at it.

      Avantages

      You learn a lot because your responsibilities and tasks are of a wide range. You are heavily involved in the operations of ModaBox's blog.

      Inconvénients

      If you are looking for an internship where you'll still have a lot of free time, this is not for you. Alot of your work carries on at home and needs to be done during your free time in order to meed the deadline. If you are working remotely, start and end times of your work day change every day, and new tasks can be added to your list last minute. You need to be able to handle a super fast-paced environment and be willing to put in a lot of your time.
