Good fashion experience with exposure to the retail and footwear industry. Some genuinely supportive team members despite the wider company situation. Fast-paced environment that helped develop communication, adaptability and problem-solving skills.
Inconvénients
Extremely poor communication from upper management during redundancies and financial issues. Staff were left unpaid after payslips had already been issued, with little clarity provided when concerns were raised. Employees were left chasing answers themselves while the company faced serious financial problems. The environment became increasingly uncomfortable with very little visible support from HR, alongside an overall lack of care shown towards staff wellbeing during an already stressful situation.
