Management did not plan employee work loads. - They shifted the teams from one major project to the next every couple weeks on the whim mid-sprints, because of daily changing project priorities. - A major client would email me asking about the status of a project, that my manager had removed me from since I estimated it. Management should have notified the client that I was no longer on the project. - I stayed very late one evening into the next morning with my dev manager, and he did not even offer any dinner nor any type of food to continue work. - Management expected 24/7 server support from the dev team, but had not trained us how to access and manage the production servers. - Health benefits were lacking.
