      Avantages

      Quiet atmosphere, perks for workers because you could check out the books & always get dibs on new ones. Good learning experience and good for anyone who needs a part time job.

      Inconvénients

      I also had trouble with patrons over stepping their boundaries & had trouble with management taking it seriously. Pay is also very low & because of that the turnover is usually pretty high.

      Amazing coworkers and manager that will back you up. It's nice helping the public.

      Avantages

      Working at MidPointe Library is good if you are only needing part time work. As a part timer you can do your short shift and leave and not get involved in all of the toxicity.

      Inconvénients

      The full time hours are strenuous and they pay is not livable. Going from part time to full time allows you to see how bad upper management is and how little they value you. You will spend all of your time there, make no money, and be in a toxic work environment. Everyone talks about each other and you can be really bored.
