      Avantages

      I've worked for the company for 4 yrs now and am finally glad to see that things are turning around and progress is being made to bring back quality product. Things went a little hay-wired when under bad management a few years ago and now under new management things are really going well. We have good people in the right positions and everyone is working towards a common goal. Customer Satisfaction!

      Inconvénients

      Morale of company was quite low and is turning around a lot slower than expected. I believe there is lack of trust in management due to previous management team, not because of the current team.

      Multi-faceted metal manufacturing company that has opportunities for a lot of different positions. Pays well. Good benefits.

      Internal communication is being worked on and is improving.

      4 day work week is great

      Inconvénients

      poor management that assumes that every employee is proficient and properly trained. Company is owned by a private equity firm that cares only about short term profits It's only a matter of time they will run the company into the dirt, at company wide meetings all the CEO talks about is profits, profits while employees get zero raises oh yes the will throw in a few pizza parties but pizza doesn't pay the bills. Very toxic environment. very clicky if you are not part of the crowd you will be very lonely.
