      Avantages

      There is a good environment for those who want their job to be done silently and are looking for a comfortable zone without asking for an increment.

      Inconvénients

      No values of staff inputs/suggestions regarding work, just follow the orders of the Sr. management. No HR Policies. Any time decide to fire an employee, give them a one-month notice, but applicable or starts from the previous month.
